The hotel location was convenient and the staff were friendly. the rooms were well-maintained and clean, and they provided pillows as per request. the coffee vending machine was very impressive and it was a great feature.
The hotel shuttle bus was not available on weekends and it had to be requested in advance. Lastly, the receptionist didn't speak English fluently which caused a lot of communication problems.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were professional and friendly. They helped me with all my queries. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch. Plus, the hotel facilities were great, and they had a coffee vending machine that I really liked.

Staff were helpful and professional when asked any queries. Rooms were kept tidy and we were given extra pillows when requested. the coffee vending machine was convenient and a nice feature to have available.
The lack of a shuttle bus on weekends to the nearby area would have been appreciated. It would be helpful for foreigners if they served egg omelets or boiled eggs during breakfast.
